Product Manager II, Hubs Experience
Box is seeking a Product Manager II to lead the development of Box Hubs, the central destination where teams organize, discover, and distribute their most important content. In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for the next generation of Box Hubs, partnering with Engineering and Design to build intuitive, AI-powered experiences that transform massive volumes of files into actionable knowledge. Your work will directly shape how the world collaborates with content.
Key responsibilities include defining and owning the product strategy and roadmap for Box Hubs, focusing on content curation, discovery, and user engagement. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer discovery and requirements gathering to execution, launch, and global adoption. Collaborating with Marketing and Sales, you will position new Hubs capabilities and drive go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will align cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership, on priorities, milestones, and the long-term vision.
The ideal candidate has over three years of product management experience delivering complex, user-facing enterprise and SaaS products at scale. A proven track record of shipping complex products from inception to completion is essential. Experience with AI features, strong technical fluency, and proficiency with modern product and design tools are required. A bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary. Start-up or founder experience is a plus.
Box offers a competitive salary range of $151,000 to $188,500 USD annually, along with equity and comprehensive benefits. The company values in-person collaboration, with employees expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of three days per week.
