Product Manager, Customer Hub
Klaviyo is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of the Customer Hub, a self-service portal designed to enhance post-purchase experiences for shoppers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the product vision and roadmap for the Customer Hub, designing self-service features for order tracking, account management, and support inquiries, and defining seamless transitions from self-service to agent-assisted workflows. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer experience teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 4–8+ years of product management experience in customer-facing or platform products, strong cross-functional communication skills, and a data-driven approach to product decisions. Experience with customer support or self-service products is highly desirable.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $104,000 to $156,000 USD, along with participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity options, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
