Product Expert - Portuguese Speaking
Klaviyo is seeking a Product Expert fluent in Portuguese to join our Customer Support team in Boston, MA. As a Product Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional assistance and support. This position offers an opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform and contribute to the growth of businesses using our software.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality product support to Klaviyo customers through email, chat, and phone. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing software issues, resolving escalated customer complaints, and providing guidance on both technical and non-technical questions, such as marketing and e-commerce setup inquiries. Additionally, you will document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the development of smarter systems and workflows by integrating AI into our processes.
The ideal candidate is a thoughtful communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, passionate about creative problem-solving for customers and end users. You should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce is essential. Familiarity with web technologies, networking concepts, APIs, email marketing platforms, and e-commerce platforms is also required. Experience with the Klaviyo product and completion of the Klaviyo Practitioner Certificate are considered a plus. Fluency in Portuguese is a key requirement for this role.
Klaviyo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $26.92 to $40.38 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
