Zenoti is seeking a Product & Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated support team, assisting clients in effectively utilizing our comprehensive, cloud-based software tailored for the beauty and wellness industry. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success, contributing to our mission of empowering businesses worldwide.

In this position, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to the Zenoti platform. Your daily tasks will include managing support tickets, providing consultative guidance to clients to optimize their use of our software, and adhering to established support processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence product development by relaying customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing, English-speaking service role, preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors. Experience with Point-of-Sale or reservation systems is essential, along with a strong technical aptitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and nights, is required to meet the needs of our global customer base.
