Product Analyst
Box is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team in Warsaw, Poland. In this position, you will utilize analytics to understand customer usage patterns, aiming to enhance product adoption and customer retention. You will guide the Product Leadership Team in setting company-wide goals that support our long-term product strategy. Additionally, you will own the roadmap and data integrity of our product reporting, identifying opportunities to build new dashboards and self-serve resources to increase data consumption and efficiency. Collaboration with product managers, data engineers, and product engineers will be essential to deliver quality insights to the business.
The ideal candidate is a "data ninja" with a passion for delving into data models to answer complex questions and enable data-driven decision-making. You should have at least one year of experience in an analytics role, with significant proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Looker, or Domo. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to translate between technical and functional requirements and work closely with business stakeholders to clarify questions and prioritize tasks. A Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as statistics or computer science, is required.
