Product Analyst
Bandwidth is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join its Messaging Product Operations team. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting, contributing to the company's mission of delivering exceptional communication experiences globally.
The Product Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining both recurring and ad hoc reports related to product performance, operational metrics, and customer usage. Utilizing tools such as Excel and SQL, the analyst will extract, clean, and analyze data from the company's data warehouse, Snowflake, and present findings through spreadsheets, presentations, or visualizations in the BI tool, Sigma. Additionally, the role involves identifying inefficiencies in internal processes, contributing to workflow development for product launches, issue identification, and ongoing product health, as well as creating operational tools and dashboards to monitor performance.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data manipulation, as well as SQL for querying and data aggregation. The ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and presentations is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, are required. Excellent written communication skills are also necessary to effectively convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
