The Principal Growth Product Manager, Retention & Monetization at WeightWatchers will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for long-term member retention and monetization. This role focuses on the critical 'First 90 Days' of the member journey, aiming to transform new members into lifelong weight health advocates. The position is based in New York, NY, and offers a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing a roadmap focused on habit formation at the Day 30, 60, and 90 milestones, leading proactive churn prevention strategies, and developing interventions for at-risk members. The role also involves identifying opportunities to transition members into high-value clinical and premium coaching tiers, owning a 6-12 month roadmap for retention and monetization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, intuitive user experiences.

Candidates should have over 8 years of Product Management experience, particularly in Growth, Retention, or Monetization within consumer-facing digital products. A proven track record in improving Lifetime Value (LTV) and reducing churn in subscription-based environments is essential. Proficiency in product discovery, especially user research related to member churn and recovery strategies, and expertise in product analytics tools like Looker and Amplitude are required. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex retention data to non-technical stakeholders and experience working in Agile environments with close collaboration with Engineering are also necessary.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $185,000 to $200,000 USD, depending on skills, experience, and location. The role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
