The GTM Enablement team plays a crucial role in equipping over 1,000 sales and customer success professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to drive revenue and growth.
In this position, the Principal Enablement Partner is responsible for developing and executing the enablement strategy for the BDR organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Key responsibilities include owning the BDR enablement roadmap, enhancing onboarding programs, designing skill development initiatives, and preparing BDRs for advancement to Account Executive roles. The role also involves conducting needs analyses, coaching front-line managers and BDRs on prospecting strategies, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to deliver targeted content.
The ideal candidate possesses over eight years of experience in Sales or GTM Enablement within a high-growth global tech company, with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales. Essential skills include project and program management, direct sales experience, and a deep understanding of sales dynamics. Proficiency in designing engaging workshops, comfort in ambiguous environments, and excellent communication skills are also required. A proactive mindset and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $128,000 to $192,000, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
