Pre-Sales Consultant, Corporate
AlphaSense is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to join its Customer Success organization, focusing on the Corporate vertical. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense's AI-driven market intelligence platform to prospective clients, thereby driving new revenue. The Pre-Sales Consultant will engage with decision-makers and users across various industries, including Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy & Industrials, Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, and Professional Services.
Key responsibilities include partnering with go-to-market teams to drive commercial outcomes by conducting seamless product evaluations, building and curating corporate use cases through targeted discovery of clients' unique research workflows, and forging strong client relationships by understanding their most pressing challenges. Additionally, the role involves contributing to product development by translating client feedback into actionable product and content improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate role or in supporting corporate clients within a fintech or SaaS organization. Exposure to workflows in Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations is essential. A demonstrated interest in the transformative potential of AI for the corporate sector, strong presentation skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels are also required. The candidate should possess a consultative approach, be highly articulate, and have the capacity to distill complex issues into simple terms.

The base compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $92,000 USD, with potential for performance-based bonuses, equity, and a generous benefits program.
