Practice Manager
The Practice Manager at Zenoti will lead and facilitate team meetings, oversee project and resource management, and promote team collaboration and growth. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, building and developing teams, handling escalations, and participating in strategic planning and reporting. The Practice Manager will also focus on retention strategies to improve client and employee satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include coordinating regular team meetings to discuss best practices and monitor progress, reviewing ongoing projects and managing resource allocation, organizing team-building activities, engaging with key stakeholders to address concerns, overseeing recruitment and mentorship of team members, promptly addressing escalations, preparing detailed reports on progress, and analyzing factors contributing to turnover to develop retention strategies.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in onboarding and support of SaaS products, strong software background, leadership skills, deep understanding of client needs, proven experience in managing multiple projects, ability to lead remote teams across different time zones, excellent analytical skills, familiarity with project management tools, and the ability to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the wellness/spa industry is a plus.
