The Payroll Specialist Lead at Remote is a pivotal role within the Global Payroll Operations Team, focusing on managing end-to-end payroll processes for Denmark. Key responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert for Denmark, managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering, and processing full-cycle in-house payroll. The role also involves ensuring data integrity, handling statutory filings, approvals, payments, compliance, accounting reconciliations, and focusing on key performance indicators and service level agreements. Additionally, the Payroll Specialist Lead will implement and improve processes, mentor payroll specialists, and provide backup support to regional managers during absences.

Candidates should have payroll management experience or equivalent, knowledge of payroll best practices, and proficiency in software tools like SAP and Excel or Google Sheets. An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities is essential, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment. Fluency in English is required, and while remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is between 516,050 DKK and 580,000 DKK.
