Emplifi is seeking an entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager to drive net-new business growth by building and scaling a best-in-class agency and digital consulting partner ecosystem across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is based in Sydney and offers the opportunity to work within a global team dedicated to revolutionizing the digital and social customer experience for over 20,000 leading brands.

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for mapping the APAC digital agency and consultancy ecosystem to identify high-potential partners aligned with Emplifi's ideal customer profile and market segments. Key responsibilities include defining the criteria, structure, and segmentation for the agency program with a focus on growth and scalability, proactively identifying and engaging new agency partners, co-creating joint value propositions and campaign assets, and executing integrated go-to-market plans that drive measurable demand. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing to fuel partner-sourced pipeline and support deal acceleration.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in partner or channel management, business development, or agency ecosystem roles within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or CX platforms. Demonstrated success in partner acquisition, co-selling, and pipeline or revenue generation is essential. Familiarity with how digital, performance, and creative agencies operate—including their business models, client acquisition methods, and service offerings—is required. Existing relationships within the APAC agency landscape are a major plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills are also necessary.
