Partner Solutions Architect

In this role, the Partner Solutions Architect will collaborate with partners to identify, architect, and develop new industry-specific use cases and solution accelerators that drive successful business outcomes. Responsibilities include enabling internal teams on partner solutions, assisting partners in understanding Box's platform and best practices, supporting partners in pre-sales engagements, and providing structured feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams based on partner and customer insights. The role requires up to 30-40% travel.
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales solutions engineering within a SaaS vendor or consulting firm. Experience working with regional and global consulting firms, within a partner ecosystem or channel organization, or a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies is essential. Experience designing or delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions is highly desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to balance strategic solution design initiatives with tactical enablement and deal support responsibilities.
Box offers a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $194,500 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
