Partner Account Manager, Mid-Enterprise
Klaviyo is seeking a Partner Account Manager to join our partnerships team, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with marketing agencies and systems integrators. This role is integral to our mission of empowering creators by making first-party data accessible and actionable. As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner ecosystem and driving mutual growth.
In this position, you will manage approximately 30 partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key leaders and decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of each partner's business model and growth strategy, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and building a lead referral pipeline. Additionally, you will drive co-marketing initiatives alongside the ecosystem marketing team and act as a thought leader in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in SaaS account management, channel management, or sales, with a proven track record in the SMB, mid-market, or enterprise customer segments. Strong consultative skills, the ability to influence and build relationships, and comfort with presenting product-led discussions are essential. A proactive approach to soliciting and acting on feedback, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is also required.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,900 to $177,100, depending on experience and location.
