Partner Account Manager, French-Speaking
The Partner Account Manager, French-Speaking, at Klaviyo is responsible for building and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with small and medium-sized business (SMB) marketing agencies and systems integrator partners in the French region. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in the office. Klaviyo is a leading marketing automation platform that empowers businesses to own their growth by making first-party data accessible and actionable.
In this position, the Partner Account Manager will manage a portfolio of approximately 40 SMB partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Key responsibilities include developing and executing long-term strategies to help partners achieve their growth objectives with Klaviyo, building and managing a lead referral pipeline, identifying co-selling opportunities, and articulating the value of Klaviyo’s platform to improve partners’ profitability and business outcomes. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to educate partners on platform enhancements and supporting their integration into partners' offerings. Travel up to 25% across the UK and Europe is expected to build relationships and attend events.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in partnerships, account executive, channel, account management, or commercial customer success roles within SaaS, preferably in MarTech or working with eCommerce-focused accounts. Fluency in both English and French, both written and verbal, is essential, and business-fluent Spanish or Italian is a bonus. Exceptional influencing and relationship-building abilities across all levels of seniority, the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures, and a collaborative, strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving are key attributes for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate should be willing and able to travel across Ireland, the UK, and Europe as needed.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary for this position, ranging from €59,500 to €80,500 EUR annually. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
