Paralegal Onboarding Solutions - Associate
iCapital is seeking an Associate to join the Onboarding Solutions team. This role is central to iCapital's mission, focusing on enhancing operational scalability, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional experiences for clients and partners. The Associate will become an expert on the iCapital platform, striving for operational excellence within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities include structuring legal documents into iCapital’s software using proprietary tools, operating within technical systems that support the platform, and identifying applicable questions in legal documents for various investor types. The role also involves communicating advancements and areas for improvement within internal systems, developing an in-depth understanding of team interfaces, and ensuring seamless client transitions. Additionally, the Associate will execute technical and operational deliverables, act as a subject matter expert on subscription document onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve high-priority issues.
Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience in a legal role involving drafting, researching, and comprehending complex legal documents. A bachelor’s degree is required. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates flexibility, and can quickly adjust to new challenges and priorities. Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills are essential, along with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage complex workflows. A proactive approach to improving operational efficiency and contributing positively to team culture is highly valued.
