Outbound Sales Development Representative - DACH (German Speaking)
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Remote's presence in German-speaking markets. Working within the Sales team, you will engage with potential clients to introduce Remote's solutions for global employment compliance, contributing to the company's mission of simplifying international hiring processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new sales prospects, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. You will clearly communicate Remote's value propositions, understand prospect needs, and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team. Additionally, you will create targeted prospect lists, penetrate key accounts, and conduct research to identify key players and business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in business development, particularly within a B2B SaaS tech company. Proficiency with core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills in both English and German are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges. A self-motivated and proactive approach is highly valued.
Compensation for this full-time position includes on-target earnings ranging from USD 31,500 to USD 70,950, with the base salary comprising 70% of this amount.
