As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region at Remote, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in German-speaking markets. Remote is a global HR platform that simplifies hiring, managing, and paying employees worldwide, enabling businesses to build international teams with ease. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include responding to and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new sales prospects, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. You will clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to potential clients, understand their needs to assess fit, and support the Account Executive team as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating and developing prospects, creating target prospect lists, and penetrating key accounts through various outreach methods, including cold calling and research.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in business development, particularly within a B2B SaaS tech company, and proficiency with core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. Exceptional communication skills in both English and German are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges. A self-motivated and proactive approach, coupled with a strong sense of urgency for achieving goals, is highly valued.

Compensation for this full-time position includes on-target earnings ranging from USD 31,500 to USD 70,950, with the base salary comprising 70% of the total.
