Outbound BDR - French Speaking
As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) at Klaviyo, you will serve as the initial point of contact in the sales cycle, playing a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients. This position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in the office. Klaviyo is a leading AI-first CRM platform designed for B2C brands, empowering businesses to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.
In this role, your primary responsibilities include identifying high-potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo's solutions and collaborating closely with experienced Mid-Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies. You will also be tasked with developing, testing, and iterating messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas, as well as contributing learnings and best practices to the outbound process to support the success of your peers.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at another marketing technology company. Fluency in both French and English, both written and verbal, is essential. A strong desire for continual improvement, motivation to exceed goals, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key attributes. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
The base salary for this position is €43,550 per year. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
