Operations Manager- Expert Insights - ECS
The Operations Manager for Expert Insights - ECS at AlphaSense will lead a high-performing team of Client Relationship Managers and Analysts, focusing on delivering exceptional first-call experiences and driving trial conversions. This role is integral to the Trials team, which partners closely with Sales to showcase the value of Expert Call Services (ECS) and convert trial users into long-term clients.
Key responsibilities include managing and coaching team members to meet performance goals, conducting regular quality assurance reviews, and collaborating with senior management to implement department-wide initiatives. The Operations Manager will also set clear expectations around speed, input goals, and quality to ensure the team operates efficiently and delivers high-quality client interactions.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in client service and people management. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. The role requires excellent communication abilities, a collaborative approach, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
