Onboarding Specialist (French Speaking)
The Onboarding Specialist (French Speaking) at Klaviyo is a pivotal role within the customer success team, responsible for guiding new clients through their initial 30–90 days with the platform. This position ensures that customers achieve a swift and effective implementation, setting the foundation for long-term success. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of new customers from post-sale through successful go-live, designing and executing tailored onboarding plans aligned with each customer's goals, and providing proactive, one-on-one support on both technical and non-technical topics. The specialist will also monitor onboarding progress, ensuring milestones are met, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles, with fluency in both French and English. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities to explain complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders. An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment are also required. Experience with CRM or customer success tools, such as Salesforce or Gainsight, is preferred.
