NOC Manager
As a NOC Manager at Bandwidth, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Network Operations Center, ensuring the seamless monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of service-impacting network issues. In this role, you will supervise a 24x7x365 NOC shift, managing a team of technicians to ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily NOC operations, handling escalations, managing ticketing systems, and ensuring effective communication. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for process improvement, creating documentation for new workflows, and providing training to internal team members.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, along with over six years of experience in network or service operations, including at least three years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives are essential.
