Mid-Market Account Executive, Corporate
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at AlphaSense, you will be an integral part of our Corporate Sales team, focusing on selling our award-winning market intelligence platform to mid-market clients across various industries. AlphaSense is a high-growth company that leverages AI-driven search technology to deliver critical business insights, serving over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.
In this role, you will manage the entire sales process within your assigned territory, targeting professionals in Corporate Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Business Development, Investor Relations, and M&A. Your responsibilities will include researching opportunities, initiating discussions, building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, managing trials, and closing deals. Collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and sales leadership will be essential to drive account strategies and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new business sales, preferably within SaaS or financial information services, and experience selling into corporate vertical markets such as Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Life Sciences, Professional Services, or Energy and Industrial sectors. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain complex financial data and concepts to a non-financial audience. A tenacious, hard-working attitude, intellectual curiosity, and openness to feedback are key attributes for success in this role.
AlphaSense offers a competitive base salary ranging from $79,000 to $109,000 USD, complemented by a generous commission plan with uncapped earning potential and equity opportunities.
