As a Mid Enterprise Business Development Representative at Klaviyo, you will play a pivotal role in introducing e-commerce brands to our platform, laying the groundwork for their long-term success. This position is part of our proactive Business Development team, focusing on engaging potential clients who have yet to interact with Klaviyo. Our mission is to empower businesses to own their growth by building meaningful customer relationships through data-driven marketing tools.
Your primary responsibilities will include generating qualified opportunities for the sales team through rigorous qualification processes. You will build and nurture relationships with e-commerce brands, helping them understand how Klaviyo can drive their growth. This involves identifying buyer needs, positioning Klaviyo's value proposition, and effectively routing leads to Account Executives. Consistent outreach across multiple channels—calls, emails, and social platforms—is essential, as is maintaining organization and focus in your approach.
