Mid Enterprise Account Executive- Japanese Speaker
Klaviyo is seeking a Mid Enterprise Account Executive fluent in Japanese to join our expanding Singapore team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth within the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients. As part of our dynamic sales team, you'll contribute to Klaviyo's mission of empowering businesses to own their customer data and drive growth through personalized marketing strategies.
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the mid-market segment. Your day-to-day activities will include managing the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting and conducting product demonstrations to negotiating and closing deals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, partnerships, and customer success is essential to enhance efforts for upmarket clients. Additionally, you'll provide guidance and support to new account executives and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of sales experience, with at least five years in SaaS or Martech sales focusing on new logo acquisition. Experience handling complex mid-enterprise and enterprise deals is crucial. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders are necessary. A strategic mindset, proven pipeline management experience, and the ability to use data to inform decision-making are also required. Fluency in English and proficiency in Japanese are mandatory to effectively engage with clients in the region.
