Marketing Operations Lead
The Marketing Operations Lead at Klaviyo is responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and integrations that drive the company's inbound and demand generation efforts. This role bridges the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring that top-of-funnel demand is efficiently captured, qualified, routed, and delivered to Sales with precision and speed.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary marketing operations partner to the Inbound Sales team, managing the day-to-day configuration and optimization of the marketing automation platform, and developing workflows and lifecycle automation to support both inbound and product-led growth. The role also involves owning lead and product-qualified lead (PQL) scoring models, partnering with Demand Generation and Web teams to activate top-of-funnel signals, and monitoring funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.
Candidates should have over eight years of experience in marketing operations or go-to-market operations within a B2B environment, particularly supporting inbound, demand generation, or product-led growth motions. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, a strong understanding of CRM concepts, and familiarity with funnel and handoff metrics are essential. A curiosity about AI and automation, along with a highly organized and execution-focused approach, is also desired.
The base salary for this position ranges from $132,000 to $198,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and location.
