OpenTable is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our international B2B marketing team. This role is pivotal in bridging global strategy with local execution, focusing on managing localization processes, coordinating creative workflows, and maintaining the technical health of our marketing systems. The position is fully remote and based in Manila, Philippines.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end localization of sales collateral, ensuring all localized content is up-to-date and accessible for global sales teams. The role also involves supporting product launches by managing the technical localization of creative assets and facilitating internal reviews to ensure brand compliance. Additionally, the coordinator will build and manage email campaigns, update website content via WordPress, and maintain organized libraries of video and social media assets.

The ideal candidate should have experience with various software systems, including WordPress, Figma, Pendo, and Meta Business Suite. Proficiency in building and editing web pages within a CMS environment and hands-on experience with email platforms like Marketo and SendGrid are highly regarded. Strong operational proactivity, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. A background in B2B copy editing and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams across different time zones are also important.
