Manager, Revenue Support Team
AlphaSense is seeking a Manager for the US Financial Services Pre-Sales team, a pivotal role within our organization. This position involves leading a team of approximately 12 Pre-Sales Consultants who collaborate closely with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of our AI-driven market intelligence platform. AlphaSense, founded in 2011 and headquartered in New York City, serves over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500, by delivering critical insights through a vast universe of public and private content.
In this role, you will guide your team to partner effectively with Account Executives, ensuring seamless product evaluations and driving new business across key verticals. Responsibilities include leading product demonstrations, conducting discovery calls, and facilitating tailored workshops to uncover and position the unique value of our platform. You will also translate client challenges into compelling use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams to close feedback loops, and influence product roadmap priorities. Maintaining a consultative, user-first mindset throughout every evaluation is essential to build trust and credibility with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in sales or client success, including at least two years of direct people management overseeing a team of seven or more client-facing professionals. A high aptitude and willingness to learn complex technical knowledge on the job are crucial to support our diverse client base. Superior interpersonal skills, proactive demeanor, effective time management, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-growing company are also required.
