Manager - Professional Services Operations
Zenoti is seeking a Manager for Professional Services Operations to join our Customer Experience (CX) Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and project teams to track key performance metrics, aiming to enhance customer onboarding and overall experience. Your efforts will be instrumental in maintaining project cadence and ensuring quality by leveraging data from multiple systems.
Key responsibilities include utilizing data analytics to identify areas for improvement, developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making, and working with the data and insights team to translate reporting requirements into Power BI dashboards. You will also map processes and tools to deploy solutions, measure improvements, identify gaps in process implementation, and recommend solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for process documentation and updating existing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in Professional Services Operations or similar roles, with the ability to set strategy and manage its execution. A Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) or equivalent process improvement methodology certification, or an MBA in Operations with working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, is required. Strong leadership and influence skills, as well as the ability to work with and influence stakeholders at senior levels of the organization, are essential.
