Manager - Product Support
Zenoti is seeking an experienced Manager - Product Support to lead a multi-location, multinational team dedicated to assisting clients in effectively utilizing Zenoti's comprehensive, cloud-based software solutions for the beauty and wellness industry. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience by ensuring the delivery of top-notch support services and providing guidance on standards, best practices, and tools.
The Manager will oversee the support team, focusing on improving customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution and proactive support programs. Responsibilities include planning and delivering support initiatives for the customer success team, offering guidance on standards and best practices, and ensuring the team operates effectively in a 24/7 environment.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of managerial and technical support experience, preferably with data-driven, web-based applications. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred. Essential skills include strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Experience with SQL queries, reporting, and knowledge of third-party integrations and APIs is desirable.
