Manager, People Technology (Workday)
Klaviyo is seeking a Manager, People Technology to lead the optimization and enhancement of its Workday modules within the IT & Security team. This role is pivotal in shaping how People Technology supports Klaviyo employees globally through thoughtful system design and a focus on leveraging AI to drive smarter, more scalable solutions.
The Manager will own specific Workday modules, configuring and continuously improving their integration and functionality. Responsibilities include driving enhancements, managing end-to-end projects, and ensuring SOX compliance deliverables. The role also involves collaborating across departments to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions and identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, with deep expertise in at least three modules. A strong background in system ownership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. An AI-forward mindset, with a proactive approach to integrating AI into People systems, is highly valued. Experience supporting global HR technology and understanding regulatory requirements are also important.
The base salary for this position ranges from $128,000 to $192,000 USD annually, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location. Klaviyo offers a comprehensive compensation package that may include annual bonuses, equity, and a range of health and wellness benefits.
