Manager, Lifecycle Employee Relations & Transitions
Remote is seeking a Manager for Lifecycle Employee Relations & Transitions to join our Lifecycle Operations team. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing legal, human resources, and advisory support. You will lead a team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality outcomes across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities include overseeing voluntary and involuntary terminations, managing complex employee relations cases, and guiding the team in delivering first-level employee relations support. You will champion a client-centric approach, consistently raising the bar on quality, consistency, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources, Operations, or Employee Relations roles, with a background as a People Manager. Preferred qualifications include tertiary degrees in HR, labor relations, or employment law. Advanced expertise in business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and a thorough understanding of local employment laws are essential. Demonstrated experience with global HR practices and managing complex employee relations matters across multiple countries is required.
Remote offers a competitive annual salary range of $48,850 to $109,900 USD, along with benefits such as flexible paid time off, flexible working hours, 16 weeks paid parental leave, mental health support services, stock options, a learning budget, and a home office budget with IT equipment.
