Manager, Creator Experience
ShopMy is seeking a Manager, Creator Experience to lead the strategic management and growth of our top-earning creators. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of influential digital talent, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize their earnings, deepen their engagement, and advocate for their needs across ShopMy. This position is highly creator-facing and combines high-touch partnership with scalable strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Strategy, and Data teams to ensure creators consistently receive best-in-class support while surfacing insights that shape ShopMy’s growth.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of top-tier creators to ensure long-term retention and success. You will analyze creator performance data and provide actionable recommendations that drive revenue. Additionally, you will partner with internal teams to scale best practices and serve as an advocate for creators, delivering a seamless creator experience. Mentoring and supporting junior team members to strengthen the overall team’s support of creators is also a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have 4–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or creator economy roles. A proven track record of managing and growing high-profile accounts or creator relationships is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise top-tier talent are required. An analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills is also necessary. Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate programs, and digital marketing tools is a plus, as is proficiency in Salesforce and Looker.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 USD, exclusive of bonus potential or commission.
