This role focuses on developing scalable customer intelligence systems, encompassing customer cohorting, health and success signals, churn and expansion drivers, and AI-powered workflows that translate insights into actionable strategies.

The primary responsibilities include owning customer success intelligence and advanced analytics, designing production-grade data models and analytics pipelines, and championing AI tooling, automation, and workflow orchestration. The role involves building and maintaining customer cohorting, segmentation, and benchmarking frameworks in collaboration with the Product Data Science team, defining and evolving customer health and success scoring, and designing advanced analytics projects that connect product usage to customer retention outcomes. Additionally, the manager will act as a technical program owner for complex analytics initiatives, create advanced SQL and Python outputs, and partner closely with Data Engineering, CS Ops, Data Science, and Product Analytics teams to deliver strategic analytical tools and insights.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, technical analytics, or data analytics, preferably within a SaaS environment. Advanced proficiency in SQL and GitHub, strong hands-on experience with Python and/or R, and Tableau Developer-level fluency are essential. Familiarity with AI tooling and workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Airflow, or DBT is required, with experience in LangChain considered a plus. Demonstrated ability to build and operationalize analytics and AI workflows used by Customer Success, Sales, or Go-To-Market teams, along with strong communication skills and high standards for analytical rigor, are also necessary.

The position offers a base salary range of $124,000 to $186,000, reflecting the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and well-being benefits based on eligibility.

The company values unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and is committed to providing an inclusive environment where employees can do their best work. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team.
