Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal terminology, procedures, and case management software are essential. Excellent communication and time management abilities are required, along with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a paralegal certificate or relevant higher education is a plus.
