Litigation Paralegal

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and managing legal documents, case files, and discovery materials; coordinating communications among attorneys, clients, courts, and third parties; and handling the organization and filing of critical paperwork. The paralegal is responsible for tracking case deadlines, assisting in trial preparation, managing exhibits, and supporting attorneys during hearings or trial. The position also involves legal research, compiling evidence, and keeping all parties informed of case developments and requirements.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within plaintiff-side or personal injury law. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required, as well as proficiency with legal management software and digital documentation. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to independently manage multiple case assignments, and a proactive approach to teamwork in a dynamic setting.
