Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Irvine, California. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and ensuring seamless case progression. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our mission of advocating for consumer rights.

In this role, you will engage daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records, communicating with clients and healthcare providers throughout treatment, and obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability claims. Additionally, you will interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, maintain organized case files, and prepare comprehensive demand packages under attorney supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal. A minimum of two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is strongly preferred. Essential skills include the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads with minimal supervision, as well as strong writing and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute are also required.

Morgan & Morgan offers a competitive salary range of $73,000 to $90,000 USD for this position. Full-time employees are eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
