Legal Transformation Manager
The Legal Transformation Manager role at Gilbert + Tobin is a pivotal position within the G+T Innovate team, the firm's legal transformation and technology advisory division. In this role, the Legal Transformation Manager will lead and support GenAI engagements with internal teams and clients, identifying high-value use cases and delivering working prototypes and production-ready solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with lawyers, clients, and technologists to design, test, and deploy GenAI solutions across key legal workflows such as drafting, review, research, and knowledge management. The manager will drive end-to-end implementation of GenAI initiatives, including prompt design, tooling, and integration into workflows, and support client-facing innovation programs by pitching and delivering GenAI-enabled transformation offerings.
Candidates should have proven experience in legal practice, legal operations, professional services, or transformation roles, with exposure to AI or legal technology initiatives. Technical proficiency with a strong understanding of legal technology ecosystems, data infrastructure, and AI-driven solutions, including GenAI, is essential. The ability to work in fast-paced, iterative delivery environments and to bridge legal and technical domains effectively is also required.
