SeatGeek, a leading mobile-focused ticket platform, is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its Legal team. This role involves overseeing the full operational lifecycle of the department, from identifying inefficiencies to implementing tools and workflows that address them. The Legal Operations Manager will report directly to the Senior Corporate Counsel and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless legal operations.

Key responsibilities include managing the legal tech stack by evaluating, selecting, implementing, and overseeing software and AI-powered tools to improve team performance. The role also involves partnering with IT and procurement to ensure proper integration and optimization of these tools. Additionally, the Legal Operations Manager will build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide leadership with visibility into department performance, map and audit current legal workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and design scalable processes for high-volume legal work.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in legal operations, law firm management, or a closely related field. A deep familiarity with legal technology, including contract lifecycle management platforms, matter management systems, e-billing tools, and contract repositories, is essential. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives, strong analytical skills, exceptional project management abilities, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative approach and the ability to build trust with attorneys and business stakeholders are also crucial.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $112,000 to $163,000 per year, with eligibility for equity and a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Additional benefits encompass a flexible work environment, allowing for remote work or in-office presence, a work-from-home stipend, unlimited paid time off, up to 16 weeks of fully paid family leave, 401(k) matching, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, and various wellness programs. Employees also receive up to $25,000 towards family building, reproductive health services, and gender-affirming care, along with annual subscriptions to music streaming services.
