Legal Counsel - Media

Rumble is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its video and advertising businesses, as well as intellectual property management, commercial contracting, and emerging digital asset initiatives, including non-custodial cryptocurrency products. This role is ideal for an attorney with 5–10 years of relevant experience, including in-house advisory work.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, such as vendor, services, talent, licensing, nondisclosure, and technology contracts. The Legal Counsel will provide practical legal advice on intellectual property, marketing, content, risk, compliance, and privacy matters. Additionally, the role involves supporting content, marketing, and media initiatives by reviewing campaigns and materials for legal and regulatory compliance, including advertising, social media, rights, and clearances.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the media, entertainment, or digital content sectors, including advertising, content production, talent agreements, licensing, or digital platforms. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction are required. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities, are essential.

The annual compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 USD, which includes base salary, benefits, and equity. Rumble offers competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits to its employees.
