Cloud Support Administrator (Odoo)
Rumble is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to manage our Odoo-based self-service portal and billing system, while providing direct support to our cloud customers. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing escalations to the backend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience administering Odoo systems and a strong understanding of cloud environments.
Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining the Odoo-based portal and billing system, managing workflows such as invoicing and customer onboarding, and identifying opportunities to automate tasks. The role also involves performing system updates, coordinating with development teams on module enhancements, and responding to customer support tickets related to cloud resources and billing. Additionally, the administrator will provision and troubleshoot cloud resources, document recurring issues, and collaborate with backend engineering on escalations.
Candidates should have experience administering Odoo ERP, including billing, subscriptions, CRM, and customer portal modules. A strong understanding of cloud computing concepts across platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools are also required. Preferred qualifications include Odoo certification, experience with Python or XML customization within Odoo, and familiarity with Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
The annual compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 CAD for candidates based in Canada, and $78,000 - $95,000 USD for those in the United States. Additional benefits and equity are included.
