Legal Counsel

PedidosYa, a leading technology company in delivery and quick-commerce in Latin America and part of the global Delivery Hero network, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team in Ecuador. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, providing legal support across various business areas including Commercial, Operations, and Finance.

The Legal Counsel will act as an internal advisor, offering practical legal solutions to different departments. Responsibilities include structuring and preparing commercial contracts, agreements with suppliers, and strategic partners. The role also involves managing corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters pertinent to our operations in Ecuador.

Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Law and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within reputable companies or law firms. Strong knowledge in Commercial and Corporate Law is essential, along with advanced proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently resolve problems, exercise sound professional judgment, and exhibit proactivity and resilience in a constantly changing environment.
