Legal Affairs Analyst - Temporal 6 meses

The Legal Affairs Analyst will be responsible for managing store permits, including feasibility analysis, municipal background checks, and monitoring granted permissions. They will provide strategic legal support during inspections, appeals, closures, and municipal hearings to ensure the operational continuity of Dmarts. Additionally, the role involves drafting and negotiating lease, construction, and supplier contracts with various stakeholders. The analyst will offer comprehensive legal advice on new projects and develop preventive training programs. They will also resolve conflicts and manage multiple simultaneous requests with autonomy and a results-oriented approach.

Candidates must hold a law degree, preferably with experience in retail or mass consumption sectors. Advanced proficiency in English is essential. Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal relationship management are required. Proficiency in Office tools is necessary, and knowledge of Salesforce is considered a plus. The ideal candidate is proactive and capable of working independently in dynamic environments.
