Legal Analyst (Temporal - 6 meses)
The Legal Analyst position is a temporary six-month role within PedidosYa, a leading technology company in delivery and quick-commerce in Latin America, and part of Delivery Hero, a global leader in delivery services operating in approximately 65 countries. PedidosYa connects millions of users, businesses, and couriers with a wide variety of products and services across 15 countries in the region. In 2020, the company launched PedidosYa Markets, the first fully digital market delivering groceries and household items in 15 minutes.
In this role, the Legal Analyst will manage store permits, including feasibility analysis, municipal background checks, and monitoring of granted permissions. The analyst will provide strategic legal support during inspections, appeals, closure resolutions, and municipal hearings to ensure the operational continuity of Dmarts. Additionally, responsibilities include drafting and leading negotiations of lease, construction, and supplier contracts with various stakeholders, advising the business on new projects, developing preventive training, and autonomously resolving conflicts and managing simultaneous requirements with a results-oriented approach.
Candidates must hold a law degree, preferably with experience in retail or mass consumption sectors. Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal relationship management are essential. Proficiency in Office tools is required, and knowledge of Salesforce is considered a plus. The ideal candidate is proactive, capable of working autonomously in dynamic environments.
