Lead Solutions Architect, GSIs
The Lead Solutions Architect, GSIs at Klaviyo serves as the primary technical liaison for Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), focusing on strategic technical enablement and collaboration. This role is integral to Klaviyo's mission of empowering creators by making first-party data accessible and actionable, thereby enhancing personalized experiences in e-commerce and beyond.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering in-depth technical workshops, certification paths, and training sessions that cover critical areas such as data modeling, complex integration patterns, and scalable solution designs. The Lead Solutions Architect will also facilitate the creation of specialized partner environments, enabling GSIs to effectively showcase Klaviyo's capabilities through high-impact demos, sandboxes, and custom Proofs of Concept (POCs). Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Partnerships team to develop technical blueprints, reference architectures, and co-branded solution packages that integrate Klaviyo into partners' existing portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar fields, with a proven ability to stay ahead of the evolving technical landscape and deliver consistent value to complex enterprise customers. A strong architectural understanding of modern web technologies, including JavaScript, Node.js, and React, is essential, along with proficiency in data organization and movement through APIs, SDKs, and iPaaS. The candidate should also possess strong knowledge in domains such as marketing automation tools, customer data platforms (CDPs), e-commerce systems, mobile applications, analytics, ad tech, and data science. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from directors to developers, and to influence technical decision-makers.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary range for this position, reflecting the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
