Lead - Product Specialist (Implementation) - SaaS

Zenoti is seeking a Lead Product Specialist to join our Adoption Services team, focusing on implementing feature add-ons and enhancements for our cloud-based software solutions in the beauty and wellness industry. This role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business requirements and ensuring the successful adoption of Zenoti's features to streamline operations and drive revenue growth.

The Lead Product Specialist will independently manage customer adoption procedures, delivering exceptional service through demos, training sessions, and solution reviews. Responsibilities include leading proofs of concept and pilots for high-priority clients, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure successful implementation of Zenoti's software features.

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise SaaS products, with a strong software background and the ability to master product functionality. Experience in business consulting or equivalent customer-facing roles is essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
