Lead Product Marketing Manager - Enterprise
Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to spearhead its expansion into the Mid and Large Enterprise segments. This role is pivotal in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that position Klaviyo as a formidable competitor against established marketing clouds. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders to define priorities, craft compelling positioning, and lead integrated campaigns that enhance Klaviyo's credibility in the enterprise market.
Key responsibilities include partnering with GTM leaders to define and prioritize field selling motions for the Mid and Large Enterprise segment, ensuring alignment with market needs and maximizing impact on pipeline and revenue. The role involves designing enterprise sales plays from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition through field launch, developing competitive positioning and messaging, and collaborating with Enablement to ensure effective field implementation. Additionally, the manager will serve as the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) lead on enterprise integrated marketing campaigns, contributing to strategy, messaging, and asset development alongside Creative, Lifecycle, and Demand Generation teams. Maintaining and evolving core enterprise assets, translating the product vision into compelling narratives for enterprise audiences, and tracking GTM performance are also key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate possesses over 8 years of product marketing experience, with significant focus on B2B SaaS and direct experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise buyers. They should demonstrate the ability to own GTM programs end-to-end, operate independently, and support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Strong skills in adapting positioning and messaging across segments, framing ambiguous problems, and communicating structured recommendations to senior stakeholders are essential. A high standard for written and visual work, proven ability to drive alignment across teams, and active mentorship within a high-performing team environment are also required.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $210,000 USD, determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and work location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits. This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
