Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to join our Munich office, focusing on the Central European market. This role is integral to our sales team, which prides itself on deep expertise in marketing and product solutions. As a pre-sales Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and partners, thereby reinforcing Klaviyo's position as a leader in B2C CRM.

In this role, you will lead technical pre-sales campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical discovery sessions to understand clients' current architectures and business challenges, organizing technical workshops to align solutions with business outcomes, and developing value demonstration plans to secure technical selection over competitors. Additionally, you will become an expert in Klaviyo's platform, understanding data pipelines and integration codebases, and will support product alignment by conveying client needs to the Developer Experience and Product teams.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in solutions engineering, with at least five years working with web development languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, REST APIs, and general-purpose programming languages like Python. Strong knowledge in areas including marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, e-commerce systems, mobile applications, analytics, advertising technology, and data science is essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and a sales-oriented mindset focused on delivering customer results.

Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from €105,600 to €158,400, depending on experience and qualifications. The total compensation package may also include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
