Lead Payroll Analyst

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Payroll Analyst to join its Global Payroll team, focusing on international payroll operations across six countries: the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Singapore, and Australia. This role involves providing functional leadership, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and driving continuous improvement within the payroll function.

The Lead Payroll Analyst will act as the functional lead for international payroll operations, offering day-to-day guidance and mentorship to the International Senior Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll processing for the UK and Ireland, overseeing payroll delivery in other regions through vendors, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and collaborating with Finance and Compliance teams on reconciliations and audits.

Candidates should have over 8 years of payroll experience, including at least 3 years in a multi-country environment. Deep expertise in UK and/or Ireland payroll is essential, along with hands-on experience in at least two of the following countries: France, Germany, Singapore, or Australia. Proficiency with Workday HCM, experience with CloudPay or similar platforms, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

The base salary for this position ranges from €68,000 to €102,000 EUR annually, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
