Lead Data Science Analyst, GTM Strategic Analytics and Insights
Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Data Science Analyst to join its Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Analytics & Insights team. This senior role focuses on leveraging advanced data science and AI-driven innovations to enhance GTM strategies. The Lead Data Science Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining predictive and time-series models for applications such as demand forecasting, capacity planning, deal scoring, and customer propensity. The role involves conducting in-depth statistical analyses, implementing AI-powered solutions using large language models, and managing end-to-end forecasting and operational decision systems. Additionally, the analyst will develop customer intelligence models and define measurement frameworks to assess growth and engagement outcomes.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, preferably within a SaaS environment. Required skills include expertise in statistical inference and modeling techniques, hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based solutions, proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools. Strong project management abilities, autonomy, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
